D1 rear hinge washer replace? - is that possible

Default D1 rear hinge washer replace? - is that possible
is it possible to repair / replace the smashed washers in the hinge?
Hinges are good but the washers are smashed out - door is sagging

Look like the door hinge pins are pressed in. Possible to hammer them out, I suppose. Maybe better to find new hinges.
