33" tires, no lift = amusing. We can hardly fit 31" of tires under our truck without it rubbing.

I'm not debating with you dip****. You have a stock truck with no experience with larger tires.

My point was... You can see from how far that tire is passed the lip of the fender it is going to stuff fine.
His tire COULD stuff slowly, one at a time. But when both sides of his axle move up, like say on a speed bump, he's gonna hear a nice crunch. C'Mon dog, you know this.
I'm running 32's on 3" RTE springs with my rear fenders cut at the molding. Guess what? My tire still caught a piece of metal last month in Wisconsin.

I not hating on him, I just think its foolish to say he won't rub when everybody knows he will. I'd put money on it.

You're running 1.5" spacers!!!!!!! and haven HARDLY trimmed!! He is running stock *** castors with wheels that are likely a hair wider than yours and .5" taller. You can tell from the pictures that if his tires go directly up on all 4's arent going to hit the sheet metal because of the ****ty wheel offset. I'm not saying he didnt/doesnt have to trim.. I'm also not saying he can turn that thing worth a ****.. but he even confirmed over on pirate they dont rub except on the part he forgot to trim

I'm also not going to touch the welded diff thread. Buy a detroit, swap in the carrier, carry a couple extra sets of stock axles.. I dont know anything though..

Dude, you know that even if by some miracle those tires clear the fenders all the time, the tires will rub the metal inside the wheel well.

Why would they rub the metal inside the wheel well??? if you're talking speed bump theory again, going like 100 MPH then maybe. Mine rup the top of my upper spring perches and I'm sure his probably do too.

He did rocker knocker unassisted in that thing.. I think it works fairly well

Because he has 33" tires(and wide ones at that) on a stock truck. Actually less than stock, his springs are at least 13 years old and saggy. And you've never been off roading where you come across a series of rollers that get your truck really hopping even at less than 10mph? I know for a fact that Moab has them, esp the sandy road part of Poison Spider. I'm not saying his tires aren't good and the truck capable. I'm just saying I would put money on his tires rubbing on more than the upper perches. I didn't always run wheel spacers. I started with 32" tires on 2" RTE springs on stock alloys. Guess what, they rubbed inside the wheel well, in the rear especially. There's that seam to the back of the rear wheel well that WILL catch tires, especially on an old saggy suspension and stock bumpstops.

I guess we can agree to disagree.

He cut that seem off and what looks like an inch or so around the wheel well.. What does bump stops have to do with anything? I'm sure he has like 3" of up travel before his springs are fully compressed..
