Default Finally Went off Road

After finally resolving my overheating issue I got to go out on a trail. The disco was very impressive being the only stock vehicle, everyone had 35" tires or larger with lockers and I kept up fine. My friends with jeeps were amazed how easily I made it threw some things. Here are some pictures of the trip, if you live in Colorado you might know the trail, the T-33a plane crash.

The CDL is an amazing thing to have for a factory truck. I was having issues with mine last year and had some trouble on a trail.. Did the same trail yesterday with a functional diff lock and it made all the difference.

Nice pictures. It's good to live in Colorado. We have had wonderful weather this fall for outdoor activities. Hot even. We all need to wheel while we can in Colorado this fall as the bottom of the weather will fall out soon like a rock probably.

I agree. I am trying to go out every weekend while it lasts. My group goes on runs in the snow as well so I am going to give that a try a couple of times as well.

Good thing you got the overheating issue resolved first. A well functioning Disco is a blast off-road. If your is old and sagging like mine was, you may want to look at new springs and shocks. That along with a working CDL will get you places that will surprise most people.

Snow wheeling is definitely fun in Colorado. I'm looking forward to doing some of that as well.
