Nice job. The headliner Express guy is very nice, and has helped me fix my first set of sunroofs. I just finished the new headliner in my second one last week, but I cheated... Pulled it, took to a local lady who charged me 100 bucks to redo it and put in back in... done...

Does anyone know how much more involved in removal with rear A/C? Im kicking around the idea of doing her DI just seeing if anyone knows how much more work is involved in removing the headliner.

Thanks in advance

I just did most of the headliner. PITA. I got everything out and I glued the headliner on and it's sitting inside Claire now. Problem is getting all the trim back on. I got the oh crap handles on easy and the front center piece above was kind of difficult. I'm having problems putting the sun visors back on. Any help guys? Oh and I took apart the A/C ducts in the rear. How do they snap back on, head liner and foam board too?

it's not bad at all Brian. once you take the directional caps off the middle and back all the hvac piping stays in the roof area and the headliner comes out no problem. for everything else check out that post in the how to section. it's also in the RAVE.

Well, I'm only an hour from brian so you might as well make a circuit of it. Come to Philly after. I promise the beer will be extra cold.

When I removed the headliner, I didn't remove the directional vents for the rear A/C. They stayed on the headliner and didn't need to be removed.

Wish I had the time and money to do so. That would be an awesome road trip!
