Default Help Identifying Hose?

I've got a 1997 Discovery that has a hole in the pictured hose. I've tried searching online for a part number, calling Atlantic British and Rovers North, looking on Trevor's Rovah Farm website. I managed to find a diagram, but it doesn't have a part number on the hose. I've found that this typically means that any heater hose from the local auto parts store will work. However, this particular hose looks preformed. Do you know the part number or have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I believe this is the part you need. both hoses are the same part. Hose - Heater - In/Out (PCH000100 Same Fit As Part # PCH000100 ) - Land Rover hoses from Atlantic British
