Default Help me please. No spark, No fuel

I have a 97 North American Disco 1. I have tried to read any other posts and tried as many things as I can find. This is my first and only disco I have owned for 2 years. I may be missing something simple. If I could get help I would appreciate it.

Driving down the road less than 2 minutes after starting and it died. Got it home and no spark and no fuel. It turns over fine just like normal.

1. Have not been able to connect to reader ever since I got it so I have no codes.

2. Connected wire to power fuel pump and pump runs.
3. No spark ever
4. I have never had a key fob for the car and have never had any issues.

I have Replaced
a. Fuel pump
b. Fuel pump multi function relay under the hood
c. Crankshaft position sensor
d. New Battery

I have the rave manual and have tried to research the immobilizer. It has been very confusing getting information on the North American and Other countries. I understand that the North American (NA) do not have a spider. I have pulled the green ecu from the passenger footwell. It has a cracked housing but after an internal inspection it appears the insides are ok....but no way to confirm.

When I try to start the disco and I turn the key on to position 3 there is a click/quiet clunk from behind the glove box. It sounds like a relay only a little louder. AND the engine does not turn over for 2-5 seconds no matter if I turn the switch on and off or just leave it in position 3 for the 3-5 seconds. After that it turns over like normal.

I live 5 hours from the nearest dealer. Right now taking it there is not an option. Is there a way to jumper the green box or does anyone have other suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance. The only thing I ask is that if you have another country Disco and not a NA please try not to confuse the answers for that.

The Data Link Connector is fused, Fuse F3 10A in Satellite Fuse Box 2.

Ignition Coils, Fuse F3 20A Satellite Fuse Box 1.

Fuel Pump, Fuse F6 15A Engine Compartment Fuse Box. Also check the Inertia Fuel Shut-Off Switch, press down on the button - it's located on the firewall.

Please check these.

Forgot to mention I have gone through both fuse boxes.

pulled and checked all individual fuses

Then I checked to make sure I had power on both sides of each fuse. including the ones you mentioned.

....and the large electrical connector on the ECM (electronic/engine control module)? Check it for internal corrosion?

Checked the braided ground. looks good. Loosened, cleaned, reinstalled. No change

The ecm being talked about is the one in the engine compartment. There are a couple listed in the rave manual.

There is one in engine compartment and one one behind kick panel on passenger side. Are there others I should look at

Thanks for your help!

Engine compartment, passenger inner fender near the hinge and windshield/headlight washer container. That's the one I'm speaking of. There's several relays behind both driver's and passenger's side kick panels. If you have rust anywhere on the Disco it'll be at the floor boards near the A pillars and when water comes in it's behind those kick panels. I've already had one relay melt for short circuiting due to this before I fixed the floors. Might want to take a look at both sides just to be sure.....

My bet is on the crank sensor.

Even though you have replaced it already, I would pull it and check the teeth it reads on and check the wiring (to it)
