Higher Load and Lower Advance Than Normal

Higher Load and Lower Advance Than Normal
Along with my startup issue [which I am still diagnosing] Im getting higher loads and lower ignition advance than normal when cruising. This is equivalent to driving into heavy wind or driving up a slope. Any guesses on why?
I have been looking into my hot start issue and want to say it is MOST likely either the fuel temp sensor, crankshaft sensor OR fuel injectors.
I dont know of anyway to test the crankshaft sensor but it is giving me problems associated with one going bad and since its the cheapest 50$ out of the other fixes I might just throw the money at it.
The fuel pressure held when the key was turned off so Im thinking its not a stuck injector. Any chance to tie in the lower advance with a bad crank sensor?

How about starting all over with your questions, including what you have done so far, any tune related and fuel filter changes, what octane gas?
Don't throw any money at a crank sensor, you don't have starting or stalling issues which is all the crank sensor can cause.
What do you mean by higher loads?

I changed the filter almost 20k ago. I use the correct gas. It does stall.... On start up. This thing never gives me codes, yes the cel light works. The load is something you scangauge tells you it's a percentage of power your using I believe.
Coolant temp switch Is good.
fuel temp switch I feel is fine

So the scan guage you have is telling you the engine is under higher load than before ? Never heard of that before. And it's telling you the spark is not as advanced as it should be ? Can you feel it in the seat of your pants ? I've had too much advance in top gear and that will definitely cause a pinging and loss of power. I would say it might be the knock sensor retarding the timing, but I'm not sure there is one on these. Does the scan guage tell you what the actual timing is when cruising ?
