As others have said, the D90 and D1 share rear calilpers/rotors/pads.
D90 fronts are vented and take a different and larger caliper, however they are bolt on. To fit them to a D1 you need calipers, rotors and pads, and a different pipe from the caliper to the flex hose.
And as someone suggested, switching to SS flexible brake lines helps as well. As does flushing your brake fluid on schedule.
