Instrument cluster compatibility

I have a UK (left hand drive) '97 Disco I and the tach doesn't work. My speedo only has km/h. If I install a US spec instrument cluster with mph speedo, will the speedo work and do they use the same connectors? Thanks.

If your tach does not work that usually means that your alternator is dead.

Yes, a NAS unit should work.

Yes a NAS unit should work, also, there are different connectors in LR's under the instrument cluster. Not sure why. Maybe UK uses different connectors? Either way it should work.
