Looks so much better!
Hey guys, So ive really tweaking away at my rover lately and ive removed my old push bar, Im currently sanding away at it for it to be powdercoated. ive removed the spare tire and carrier and i like it much better. Rear door is about 60-70LBs lighter. Heres a couple befores and afters.
Before removal of push bar.
After removal of push bar.
Before removal of rear spare tire+carrier.
After removal of rear spare tire+carrier.
She looks much better right now in my opinion. Cant wait to powdercoat the push bar!!!
If anyone is interested the stock chromed wheels and Bridgestone Dualer 245/70/16s with about 75% tread left are for sale. let em go for 850. Seperate 350 for wheels and 550 for tires.

Looks good! Keep up the good work!
I am in the market for tires but I can get them cheaper through
my industry discount.
I noticed you have alot of Colorado stickers on your rover.
Do you live in Colorado or AZ?
I only ask as I am always looking for fellow rovers to run
trails with.

I like that push bar too. But I think I would find some matching stock and weld a grill guard area on with some protection for the lights. Save yourself some weight and a whole lot of money. And I would have gone for a rhino-line (or equivalent) instead of the powder coat but that's just me. Looks great so far.

I am a member over at frontrange 4x4, they have runs every weekend.
And on some weekdays. Super nice people.
Check them out:

I am planning on going on their Aug 28 run.
I love the Conifer area, we are planning on moving up
there in the next few years. If you need any help,
I am a Audi tech and know my way around rovers as well.
