Justin has a small operation. The low overhead has its consequences. I am sure he only stocks a few items and drop ships or orders the stuff when a customer orders the item.
I just ordered a medium duty Terra Firma kit from him. I spoke with him and he was very helpful. He delivered my kit to Rovers on the Rocks so I could save money - he knocked some money off the kit.
When I called last week he had a friendly, young lady answering the phones. She took a message and he called me back quickly.
I'm a cheap ***** so I am going to stick with Justin and help him grow his business. AB is a great place with great service - you do pay for it though. That works for some folks. Pick your poison...

Heard back from them..they accidentaly thought that they had the medium vesion in but it was in fact the HD kit. I told them go ahead and send that because I will have bumpers and tent on the roof in the near future anyway. Should be shipped out today or tommorow..they admitted that they made a mistake and didnt run around the bush trying to make an excuse...so that is a thumbs up. People make mistakes and I understand as long as it gets communicated

You are better off with the HD anyway.

I think in todays time we are so used to getting things quickly, we forget that small buisnesses can't always do like the big warehouses. but helping out a small rover shop or buisness is worth a little wait if they have good customer service, expertice and competitive pricing.
