Get an oil pressure guage and see what PSI you got.

For SPIKE:

If you use royal purple 20w50 it wont knock and you will get 100 more horsepower

If it is the oil pump, is this likely to fix it?Land Range Rover Discovery Defender Oil Pump Gear Repair Kit.
I think my leak might be coming for the front crankshaft seal area.
