Default rims for a d1

So I understand that you cant buy aftermarket rims for a d1(correct?) i was wondering how much four custom rims would cost? nothing fancy just a shiny black rim or if there is a size that will fit a D1. Anyone who has bought some, input would be very appreciated. Also any recommened sites or shops(im in South Hersy) would be great.

Thanks

www.lucky8llc.com is selling steel aftermarket wheels for D1's now. Depends on what size and width there around $100 each plus shipping. ProComp used to make aluminum wheels for them but they discontinued them, but I have seen a few sets for sale over the past few years.

From $80 to $1000 or more a piece. Can you be more specific as to what kind of wheel, new used, steel or alloy?

Some people paint their stock rims black, some have had the powdercoated also.

thanks for the input guys. Discomike: I wanted something alloy, like an aftermarket "nice" rim but nothing too fancy. just a glossy black that looks nice.(not looking for steel) used is fine as long as they are like new and my price would be no more than 200 a rim so about 800 total(4)

Defender, RRC and Disco 1's are all that use the same pattern. I have seen a few out there that have aftermarket wheels, but you will have to pay out the wazoo to have them made. The bolt pattern and hub size is unique. Most people just paint the ones they have... unless you want steelies.

I hope you shot whoever was driving it, and pushed the truck off a cliff.
