Default RR classic and D1 parts interchange??

I just got a free 89 Range Rover, it has a 3" coil spring lift on it. I was wanting to throw the coil springs from the rangie under my Disco, they are the same correct?. I know the disco is a tad heavier but thats ok, I dont need the full 3" of lift, even a 2.5" boost will be nice AND IT WAS FREE. Also, they use the same axles etc etc right?. Just wondering if I should keep this thing around for spare parts??

The 89 RRC is going to have 10 spline axle shafts and side gears.... but they can be upgraded to the newer style.

Oh! also, does the RRC have a regular u-joint in the back? If so, you can use the driveshaft and pinion flange to upgrade from your rotoflex, assuming it isn't a LWB... not sure when they started making the LWB...

You better hope your North and not in Ketchikan. If you are in Ketchikan, I'd like a look at that RR.
