Default Stock Ride Height

Hey guys, I just recently put on my lift. I'm double-checking the sag effect. What's our stock ride height with stock tires? Google returned no results. Just a quick answer, I know everyones won't match up.

Tonight, just out of curiosity and because I found where I last laid my measuring tape, I made a few measurements. They are listed below.

Front Wheel Well Center 33.5 inches
The top of the SE 30.5
Top of the Hood 45
Rear Wheel Well Center 35
Top of Stock rear Bumper 30
Top Rear Corner 80

That is with a 2 inch lift on rear, old rear springs moved to front, on stock rims with 235 70 Bridgestone Dueler ATP's all around with about 50 % tread left.

Is that the kind of info you were after? Mine sits noticably higher than it did when I first bought it with the original setup.

Better yet, why don't you tell us what size tires you are running and the height from the ground to the bottom of the fend wells and lets compare.
By the way, I am 36.5"s at all 4 wheels running 265/75/16's.

Well that's embarrassing. I should've known that. I'm looking to hunt down how much of a junkyard lift I actually have. I failed to measure with stock tires still on

Measure all 4 wheels from the ground to the bottom of the wheel well and tell us the numbers.

PITA to measure. But with my 265s plus whatever lift I'm at 82". Therefore I'm guessing it's a three inch lift that's sagged a little?

Default ride height

The trouble with using the info on the sun-visor is that is clearance height ...so you know if you can get under a bridge or something. That height will change with tyres and tyre wear.

The spring and lift measurement is best taken from the centre of the axle to the centre of the guard arch.

The std distance is reported to be 470mm . 2" lifters should give you about 500-510.
