Default Window ECU Remove

Is there a certain way it comes out? I took off the glove box, found the two multi plugs and removed them. Grabbed some needle nose pliers and pulled on the black plastic trim which came off. Then I pulled the ecu but I can't get it to come all the way out without hitting the metal bracket that holds the glove box??

I am assuming you are being sarcastic.
Are you going to try your hand at soldering?

Yeah I am, I just see the joints on the 4th picture. So I bought some solder, desolder braid, and some jumper wires. How exactly do I do this? Heat up the joint and press the desolder on. Then just add new solder?

I've soldered before, but that was just connecting speaker wires together to the radio harness.. I've never actually DEsoldered.

Watch some youtube videos on the subject. It is easier to watch than to have someone try to explain. If you still have questions after the videos, ask here again with specific questions and we can help better.

Okay well I soldered the joints and put the ECU back in, plugged in the multiplugs and Voila the rear windows rolled down! Now they won't roll back up.. I can physically move the windows back up but they don't stay. I can hear the window motors running when I hold the button but what's the dealio? Is this a window regulator issue or whaat?

Check out your regulator rollers. LRD2 has some replacements for sale.
