For that price it would almost be worth taking a chance on it.

I sent the link to my wife, maybe for Fathers Day she said.
Usually I just hold the camera myself it can be a PIA but I can get some cool shots.

Spike, I thought you said off-roading, those looked like dirt roads to me! I saw the tire tracks worn thru the grass!

Fibs, those look great for the price!

One of the guys in the Fort Pitt Land Rover Group had a video camera on a mounting plate. When I went with them on one trip we mounted it on my hood and I filmed the rest of them climbing the hills in front of me.

I especially like the wide angle of this one and it's hands free!

Looked at reviews on Amazon. Seems hit or miss. For the money, I'd try it out. You could always return it to Amazon if it didn't work out.

I mean its not going to be movie quality.............but compared to hanging a cell phone out the window I think it will do just fine

Yeah, the quality is alright. Definitely not HD. The only issue I see is where people say they came out after a cold night and the thing wouldn't turn on, or the thing stopped working at all after a month. But that can happen with anything you buy, even a LR...
