‘04 Disco High/Low Beam

I replaced my low beam bulbs with H7 LED and they work perfectly. I never thought to change the high beam but I want to now. Are they the same H7 or different?

It's been a while since I switched the little lady's 99 disco over to an 03 front end but im 99% sure they are the same h7 bulb. I used the best review rated non electric fan Amazon bulb I could find.
