Default 0130 Code Down Stream (Post Cat) O2 Sensor code Short

Hello all,

I have been troubleshooting a bad O2 sensors/short for the last few weeks. I get a 0130 code. Which is a post cat short. I have downloaded that PDF from the prior posts. I have replaced drivers side O2 sensor with a new Bosch. I drove around for a drive cycle. Check engine light still trips. I put the OLD O2 back in and swapped the new 02 to the passengers side. Still trips the Check engine light with the same 0130. So do I need to address cleaning the female plugs with CRC dielectric spray? They do not apear corroded, but cannot see inside well because the terminals are captured inside the white plastic. At this point that is only other option I can think of. Other than to get a 2nd new 02 and swap that in. Now wires apear to be broken frayed or anything.

Any advise would be appreciated. I have replaced all 4 around 75,000. Now at 122,000.

Anyone? Back to the 1st page. I know the Broncos & Patriots are playing today but someone out there has to have fixed this?
