would the bad crank sensor cause the ecu to throw other codes

Generally no, or at least not the ones you're seeing.

I think you may be looking at bad timing here(of events, not of the engine... absolutely no pun intended for those that understand crank sensor operation).

How much oil was on the O2 sensor connectors?

it leaks a small amount of oil, not enough that i i have to top it off between oil changes but enough that there was some on the 02 sensors.
