Ok so, many have probably encountered this before and/or i'm just missing something...
I went and got a new motor, after ensuring the regulator is not the problem.
Here's what i got: Land Rover Window Motor (Part # CUR100450) | Land Rover Electrical Parts
That said, the pig tail/connector on this guy is NOT the same as what I pried off via the original..
I looked on forums, online and watched a bunch of youtube - and am not sure what I'm missing here...help?

Did it come with a pigtail? Occasionally there will be one included to fit different models. Or they just change the connector to be a pain. I know I bought a part for one of my cars at AutoZone that had one in the picture but wasn't actually in the box. Maybe this is the case with this part?

I now see this:
In this post: https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...-repair-34345/
There are two connectors in the OEM motor: a door harness connector and a harness-to-motor connector. The latter was much easier for me to reach. Be warned, though, that the Proline motors don’t have this connector (they are hardwired). So, unless you’re comfortable getting to the door harness connector (which I wasn't) you might want to buy the OEM (Land Rover) motor.

I think what he's trying to say is that you have to follow the wires you disconnected from the old one until you find a connector on the other end. Disconnect it and connect the new one to that. I hope that makes sense. I also hope that's correct! I haven't personally done one of these.

If all of that is too much of a pain, you could probably cut and strip the wires. Then solder and shrink-wrap them to the existing wires in the door. Just make sure you've got them the right way before soldering.
Come to think of it. You could probably just get some of the same blade type connectors as the old motor had, install them on the new motor wires and connect them that way.
