complete shot in the dark, but looking for leads on where I could find a singular top bar to complete my brush bar, this is the way I bought it.

 

I don't think you can find that bar. It was probably cut off or broke off due to rust. The genuine accessories were coated with some sort of plastic-y powder coating and it has a tendency to rust rather easily. I had the same A-bar on my white '04 Disco and the crossbars were rusting too.

You probably need to find a metal shop to see if they can weld in a round bar for you. I spent years looking for a replacement for that A-bar and only saw 1 or 2 ever pop up.
