Default 1996 Disco 1 Crank Sensor Location?

So i have not driven since last year because when truck would reach normal operating temp it would not start back up after turning off and cooling down. So this month i decide to take battery off shelf and charge up and get it running, but now no crank at all or even hear the fuel pump start up. So i thought it was alarm and called up manufacturer an they said if i get crank which i did when someone holds down key and i put negative battery cable on that it would be alarm. So now after truck has been towed to alarm place and having alarm ecu replaced they still cannot start... Can crank sensor be causing this. if so were is it located or does anyone have picture of location cause i could not find it in rave cd.

If you are talking about a factory alarm, you will need to reset it to have it work, probably not needing any parts.
Try locking and unlocking the door 3 times then try and start it.

So it wont turn over? You turn the key to the start position nothing happens? Do the lights come on on the dash?

These trucks do not like not having power for a extended period of time, everything has lost its memory and will need to be reset.
The ECU will relearn once you get it running, but the alarm will need to be reset.
If you have a aftermarket alarm then you may have may issues, but it sounds like the alarm is interupting the starter and fuel pump.

You dont need the remote to arm/disarm the alarm.
Is it a factory alarm?
