Default 1997 Land Rover Misfire with video...

So I have been trying to work out this misfire thing. Car drove fine when I bought it. Had low octane gas in it and sat for a couple days. Initially it would idle up and down and die out. Now it idles fine but misfires terribly when given gas. It misfires so badly that it sounds like an engine knock. I dont think the engine is bad as I don't here this noise during idle and there is no smoke or anything. Im letting it run to burn off the bad gas. Im gonna add 93 octane. Is this a good idea? Its 80 degrees here.

I have the following fault codes.

1313
1316
1314
1193

I took this video earlier. Engine has over 200,000 on it.

Ok, stop driving it before you blow it up.
Do a good tune up, Iridium spark plugs and Magnecor plug wires.
You can get the plug wires from www.apexperformance.net, they seem to have the best price, get the 8mm ones.
How much gas is in it right now?
I would just fill it up with 93 and dont worry about the gas.
I am assuming that you have checked the oil level and such.
