Default 2001 Disco - rear window stuck in down position

Hello:
My 2001 Disco's rear window is stuck in the down position. Fuse was checked and is fine. Neither switch (console or on door) is working to raise this window. No noise coming from window motor when either switch is pressed.
I read there is an ECU connected to the operation of the rear windows. Can someone tell me where it is located on this vehicle?
Any other ideas? Much appreciated!!!

A new fuse cured the problem in my 98 Disco.
You might check to see if you are getting power to the switch, first.

I had a link to a site that showed how to repair a cracked window ECU. The solder cracks on the circuit board and then the window will not work.
Of course I cannot find the link now.
I believe that it is behind the glove box. Remove the ECU, find the crack and re-solder it.
