2001 discovery 2

i have a 2001 land rover discovery 2 and my blinkers and cruise control are not working i was told that it might be a intelligant driver module (IDM) any one heard of that

Is that possibly a different name for the cruise control transducer or cruise control ecu??? To me, these two problems do not sound like they're related to each other... Anyone else know about this?

2 different issues. Does your cruise control switch light up, if so, I would start by checking the cruise system hoses for a vacuum leak, including the one up by the brake pedal.
