2003 Disco TReK Special Edition
Hey LR Nation,
I recently acquired a Special Edition 2003 TReK edition Land Rover. It's my pride and joy, but I realized that I have nowhere to take it off-roading near my residence. I'm currently considering selling it but I'm somewhat uncertain of how much I should charge. It has all of the special edition badging and documentation as well as an upgraded wench. Of course KBB has nothing to add, so please, opinions are very welcome. Thanks

How much for the wench? If she's pretty maybe I could come by and take it/her for a test drive, but if not you may be better off parting it out...jk
(Sorry...I couldn't resist...)

Yeah those are sweet. I would like one if it was not so loud on the eyes to drive around.
I have seen 2 sell on eBay in the last 6 month for around 16,500 with about 68k to 75k on them.
If your in North Carolina there has to be some places within 50/100 miles to go. Go on a Jeep forum and find out where all the guys are going to wheel in NC. Then put them to shame in your Orange Rover. I have two Jeep guys I wheel with regularly and they have a lot of respect for the Rovers. They always claim their Jeeps are 1/2 as much to fix. And I agree with them. I just say my Discovery is 75% more cool to drive than your Jeep Cherokee, and I don't mine paying a little extra $$$, for history, prowess, heritage, and taste of British luxury.
The Trek editions are definitely an eye catcher....only 200 or so manufactured.

Check out Carolina Rover Owners Club (CROC) and Old North State Rovers. I have yet to join either but I've been to their events and they both have some great guys (and gals) to wheel with.
