Just sent q and e a email, thanks for that. I also remembered fondly struggling with the secondary air pipes whilst removing the heads, not sure how I could forget about that. With regards to the p38 blocks, I was wondering if any model year was better for instance were the 2002 blocks prone to the same failures as the 03-04 discoveries. Did the quality decline as they came to the end of production?
