Default 2004 driver side leaning

I have a 2004 w/o air suspension. Under 60k miles. It has a slight lean to the left. How long are the springs suppossed to last. Any quick fixes?

My '03, also without air suspension, had the same problem. I replaced both driver's side springs and it straightened back up.

From what I've read here, 5-6 years is about all that you can expect from stock springs.

It is not uncommon for springs to break and collapse a bit and if you don't look closely you will not even notice.

What does it look like on a visual inspection?
