So my blower motor in buzzing when the ac or heat is on. I just ordered a used blower motor...should be here in a couple of days. Anyone know how to install it? Any advice? Any sites out there with installation help?

Disco I or II?? If it's a I, remove the cardboard like piece above the passenger side footwell and you will see the blower motor behind the glove box. Fairly simple to remove and replace. Don't know if the II is the same.
