Default Advice on misfire issues

Hey guys I just bought my first Land Rover on Sunday and already have SEL. The truck is throwing 7 codes 0301, 0305, 0308, 0307, 0303, 1590, and 1300.
By doing a days worth of research on the forum I decided to change the plugs and wires with magnacores and Bosch +4 hoping to cure my misfire issues. With that many misfires would you guys recommend changing the coil pack also or just see what happens with the new plugs and wires? Also I'm pretty confident with what I've already read that it has the dual coil pack is this true with a 1999 disco 2? Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Are you positive you have a Discovery II? 99 is the year the produced the Discovery and Discovery II. You can check by your VIN number.

Then you should have the twin coil packs.
