my son has an 09 land Rover LR2, we hooked up the amp and sub but the speaker sounds weak, its not giving us what it should, (amp and sub did work prior to installing) we hooked everything up you normally do in a vehicle. it's grounded well. does anyone have any advice on what I need to change. we do have the stock radio in and the stock amp still hooked up as well if that makes a difference. thank you in advance

 

An '09 would be an LR3 I think. Maybe an LR4. This post should be in that sub-forum. You will get better advice.

 

this is definitely an 09 LR2. vin even states it.

 

I am sorry if I am not entirely clear. The whole LR-X naming convention is not an expertise for me, certainly with regard to how they correlate between badging and VIN. I am directing you to another forum based on the year and the LR prefix.

This forum, Discovery II, is for vehicles made from 1999 to 2004. A 2009 vehicle would be in the LR3 (2005-2009) or LR4 (2009-2016) forums.
