Default Air suspension issue?

New to LR forum. Hoping some could help with the issue I'm having with my 2000 Discovery II. My air suspension in back will sporadically let down. It may do it 4-5 time in a month. It only lets down when I turn off the truck… but always returns to level when I start up again. I had a mechanic look for any leaks but he could not find any. Any suggestion or help would be appreciated. Thanks

I work as a tech at Audi and can say the allroads have this problem all the time.
Mike can clarify this but if it is close to the same as Audi the front and rear air suspension is on seperate circuits but usually go down as a pair. Common problem with the allroad is the rubber
seal between the airbag and the strut itself at the top and at the bottom. The seals
get hard and begin letting air seep past. It is almost impossible to test as the seals
are not visible enough to add liquid and see if air is escaping.

We do about 10 airbags a week and always in pairs.
