Default Alarm system issues

My alarm key stopped working the day after I had sunk it off roading. They key transmitts, where is the alarm system computer located on a d1? And does any one have any idea which fuse may control it, I don't have a manual. The alarm will work when you use the key in the drivers door lock, but not the remote

Your remote light might show it is transmitting but there is a good chance it is not. If your luck and take it all apart to clean all the contacts, you might save it.

The key transmits, I have an rf tester at work. The system just seems to no longer recognize the button
