Alternatives to Terrafirma steel wheels? Vibration problems?

Your Odyssey wheel looks different than the ones I used for my set up. The machining done is for the center bore and not for off-set 64.1 to 70.1. Not sure how you would machine a steel wheel for offset adjustment. The Honda Odyssey has nearly the same offset as a D2 at ET 50 vs ET 57. This moves the wheel outboard 7mm. This was important to me as I did not want the wheel to mess with the factory geometry or need wheel spacers, or look weird.
I’m not sure if the wheel I have is for an odyssey, I found it at the junk yard -but the CB fits without machining. I found the same wheel on eBay. If anyone is interested LMK and I can probably find it again for you.

Machining isn’t for offset, it’s for CB as you mentioned. But it’s not required when running spacers- as the spacers push the wheel away from the hub. Just can’t run hubcentric spacers or you’re left with the same 70.1mm dilemma.

Okay, yeah. I did look at the BMW wheels. The only concern I had, they're for a very light car, not a 6000 pound truck. @dswilly also looked into these, I believe. Have you have any issues with them? I'd love to use these but I'd hate to find out the hard way that they're not able to handle the weight of a D2.

See, that's the thing about the Odyssey wheels, the GVWR of that mini van is almost identical to the D2. That's what makes them seem adequate. But, who knows, maybe the BMW wheels are up to the task as well.

FYI the center bore of the TF wheels measured at 75.35mm and rover hubs are 70.1mm. I found 75 and 76mm OD hub centering rings on ebay. Trying to figure if I want to go oversized or undersized right now, ordering, and will report back with results. Rings are typically meant for alloy wheels, but it’s worth a shot.

I forgot to ask you @Dsport where you running those BMW wheels on all 4 or were you just using the one as a spare?
Some food for thought is you’ll probably want to source a wheel made for an m14 lug stud, I’m guessing the hole and seat are smaller on the wheels made for m12 studs.
