Default Bad engine Mount

I Have a vibration when decelerating from 80 MPH. ( 2003 disco 90 K )

Seems my U Joints are bad again , I changed them all about a Year ago with grease Fittings , Also the rotoflex.

Disco Mike pointed me in the right direction telling me that an engine Mount could be bad and It is..

Its the engine mount below driver seat. and was wondering if these engine Mount could have caused the U joints to Fail.? since they are not that old and greased them regularly.

Or bad U Joints since New.

Mabe I Have something causing these vibratión and U Joint´s to Fail.

Need to Find the source of the Problem.

Any pointers are greatly apreciated.

When you replaced the u-joints, did you replace the centering ball? If not, there is the problem.

Actually I Replaced the entire Drive Shaft That came with U Joints

I bought it in Coloradodriveshaft.com

It came with 2 Greaseable U Joints and 1 sealled non Greaseable Joint. the non Greaseable was the front U Joint

Well that was a mistake. If you go rebuilt it requires 2 greasiable u-joints and a center ball, or it will fail again.

No Luck Yet but I´m getting all kinds of contradicting information when requesting quotes for a Precision 617 centering ball Like these one. form Colorado Drive Shaft who builds drive shafts for Discoveries and sell them on E bay.

"The parts will be worthless to you. You need the equipment to rebuild the shaft and it has to be balanced. Most driveline shops aren't set up to these shafts and won't be able to help you. If you find one that can they'll charge around 300-400 to fix it. We just sell the complete shaft, the parts are for me to build them. "

Is this true.?

Thanks Mike.

I have seen couples who have rebuilt their shafts with no special tools other the a desire to save money, it can be done, it is a little hard.
As for rebalancing it, this is not needed if rebuilt properly, point each new u-joints grease fittings 180 degrees apart and of course, marking the drive shaft and flange so you put it back on the way it came off.
Mine has been built a couple of times without balancing.
