Default BEARMACH HAWKEYE...wow

http://dap-inc.com/hawkeye/index.shtml

It arrived yesterday and I got it activated for the Discovery II and Discovery I. A few friends of mine split the costs of it.

WOW...

This device is cool. I just got back from testing it and it does everything the Ad says.

I blew the horn, opened/closed windows, turned on/off indicator lights on the dash. Operated the windshield wipers, the ABS pump, moved the speedometer to 120kmph. Tested the fuel pump, opened the fuel flap. Unlock/lock doors, super lock etc, all just using the device.

If you know a couple people that can use this and split the cost,... GET IT!

I'll be checking out my friend's SLS this weekend and we'll see what it finds and I'll keep this thread updated with what it can do and can't do and if it commits suicide on me.

As I know, there aren't any similar devices where I live so it was a must for us LR owners down here.

Yeah I wish it was cheaper. I couldn't afford $600 plus $250 (for an additional unlock code) But I was able to afford my part of $150 each of us (4 people) paid. Hopefully we get our money's worth.

Just "typical" of these tool manufacturers, $600 would be fine for ALL vehicles, but they then have to be greedy and require additional purchases for diff modules etc. Just another ripp off like the rest of them imo..............Except Nanocom offcourse

Yeah, but it's still expensive... I'd like to find something for under $300.
