Default Brake Issue

I'm puzzled
I installed new EBC green brake pads and rotors as well as new calipers in my 2003 Disco ii about 5 months ago
I seated them according to the recommendations
All seemed fine but over the past month a couple of issues have come up.
1. when I apply the brakes, a low squeak occurs
this goes away when I release the brakes

2. Occationally a high pitch rotational squeal occurs after applying and releasing the brakes.
It doesn't happen all the timed and I can get the squeal to go away if I hard brake

Both noises appear to be coming from the front
PS
lot's of brake dust which is annoying when trying to keep the wheels clean

I'm thinking removing the wheels - cleaning everything with brake cleaner
replacing the pads with Akebono ceramic
re-greasing guide pins

Any other ideas you guys have?

calipers could be starting to sieze/stick.

EBC green are noisy, atleast until the break in. In some cases they never get quiet. Give it a few weeks, assuming you dont have a mechanical issue. I like the Akebono, very clean.

Sometimes contamination can cause squealing. Oil or grease from leaky hubs. Dust or sand. Or combination.
