Hey everyone, I just sold my 97 Disco that I had for the past 5 years. I crashed it and didn't feel like fixing it so I sold it as is on Ebay. I had also bought on ebay a set of Land Rover Discovery Front/Rear OE OEM BRAKE ROTORSIncludes R1Concepts Semi-Metallic Brake Pads! I didn't include them with the sale, so they are 4 sale if anyone is interested.


I don't want to list them on ebay due to cost, but I figured I'd get some good hits here.

Not to shoot you down, but their website only says they make them for Disco II's, and they are only $174 from the manufacturer...

You sure they fit the 97? Just don't want anyone to get burned....

I'm possitive they are for the disco I, I bought them on ebay for I think $225 + S&H. I'll have to look @ the website but I know they were for my 97. I sold the disco b4 I put them on, I'd take $150 + shippingfor them, I have no need 4 them.

 

I'll call them tomarrow and get back to you guys, I hope I didn't get burned by the ebay seller, but I don't think so. Either way I'll list them here for a fair price.

 

I called today and they said that they do carry them, and I do have the correct ones for the discovery I. They carry brake rotors and pads for every make and model of vehicle. These are listed under the defender 90/110, but are the same ones for the discovery. The price online was reduced from $221 to $138 + $38 S&H. I guess I overpaid for these through ebay...my loss. I will sell them for $120 including shipping. I wish I would have know about them when I paid $125 a piece (just for the rotors)from the LR dealership back in 2002. Does anyone know anything about the quality of this brand? Will they squeak, which is a common problem? I may be interested just for the price even though I don't need brakes yet.

 

nice pic, I wihs I knew the answere to your question but I don't. I do not think they will fit a 98 for whatever reason though. the web site said 94-97
