Default Brief ACE light. Fluid not moving in ACE or Power steering tank.

Never had the ACE light come on but noticed it was lit up on a short drive. Next day it did not come back in after approximately the same distance. Hooked up my Autel 619 and there were no codes stored or pending.

Opened the hood while it was running to check fluids and neither are below full line BUT the fluid was not bubbling or circulating in either side and I am pretty sure I have noticed bubbling/circulation there before. Power steering works just fine. Climbed under the truck to check the ACE unit and it was not super warm, barely perceptible temperature difference between the unit in the lines coming from the engine bay. ACE unit was making the usual noise every 30 seconds or so. Checked the plug on the sensor on the frame and everything looked ok.

Thoughts from someone that’s dealt with ACE issues?

thanks
