RE: Broke the slip yoke HELP CDL

Jake,
If you crawl under the car and feel around up above the front output shaft flange - you will find a flat, horizontal surface on the t-case casting. On top of it is the CDL engagemet stub. It needs to be turned trough 90 or so degrees - I forget if it is clock wise to engage or the other way. Let me know if you can't find it - hard to explain without a picture... How did you brake the yoke? Guessing you were using something to press out the bearing cups? These should be tapped out instead (from the inside outboards after you remove the circlips). It is kind of a pain...

Thanks for the quick response. I got cdl engaged and im on the search for a replacement yoke or whole shaft. Guess thats what I get for trying to save some money by doing it myself. Live and learn.
