Bumper for a 1996 disco

Does any one have any plans or a place where I could get a plans to make a front bumper for my 96 disco.

I built a front and rear with the help of my welder friend. What are you looking for from a bumper, winch, recoverey points, slim line or larger??

I am looking for a bumper that can hold a winch and improve the front hight.
