oh, yeah. I see the little manual and the "X" in cdl location. missed that at first.
I called the fella. he is a mech. that is retiring his shop. bought a set of brand new heads, not redone, for $450.

 

I had to learn all of the nuances of the CDL stickers when I did my CDL conversion last summer....

I bought an '03 back in '06 before I knew about the sticker malfunction and the dealer let me return it the next day, no questions asked when I said I really thought I was getting CDL and based my decision on that feature. And here I ended up with a non-CDL truck 4 years later. Go figure.
