Default CDL sticker part number/source, anyone have it?

Does anyone have the part number, or know where to get the CDL sticker for the center console? Just redoing the interior, got new leather boots for the ebrake and CDL, did some good spring cleaning... got around to noticing I forgot to put the correct sticker in now that I have a CDL installed too!

I don't have the "correct" sticker, but I got this one at my work and it's pretty much the right size.

Yikes, the cost of the sticker to Canada is $26! I was hoping a simple .80 cent stamp would work....

It was US$2.59 but when I inserted my home address (and not my Montana mail drop address), the UPS fee was attached, and it came to US$26......So much for NAFTA.....

It's expensive for items to cross that border!
