Default CEL code P0150; What is it?

Still sorting out my "new to me" 03 D2. When I got it, it had 13 CEL codes,....mostly ignition miss related.

Now, down to a single code: P0150. I did also have a "Lean bank 2" error, but after sealing the point where my brake booster vacuum line goes into the intake with RTV(broken/ missing RED grommet) the "lean in bank 2" is now gone.

I've cleared the P0150 several times, and it keeps coming back after about 10 minutes of driving.

Ive searched here for a Code interpretation chart, but not finding it. Did see some threads where members with this code replaced O2 sensors, and sometimes cleared this code but never did find a definition of what P0150 code means.

UPDATE: Well I may have answered part of my question. I was just using my scanner to check coolant temp, and while there, went ahead and checked pending codes,...........I just noticed that is says " 02S CKT MALFUNCTION" I hadnt noticed the 02S before. Guessing that must mean "O2 sensor" and also hadnt noticed that under the above mentioned text, it had another brief line reading "2/1" which I am now thinking must mean something like "bank 2, sensor 1" or similar.

Can anyone verify this and tell me how to proceed?

Brian

I do believe you are correct, bank 2 sensor 1 would be passenger side pre-cat if I am not mistaken.

moss is right its the passenger front o2 sensor. Pull the connector clean it with eletrical cleaner and a q-tip and see if that fixes it and make sure its dry before you plug the connector back in. Also make sure you dont have any holes in you exhaust by the o2 that could throw off the reading and it sounds like you have the vacuum leaks figured out. If you don't have any holes and cleaning dosen't help you'll most likely need a new o2 sensor.
