Yeah I know what you mean. I see too many cars around here on a regular basis with pure blue lights and it doesn't look good in the least.

I've purchased two kits from the guy in the link below, my buddy also has a kit from him as well. Never had a problem out of any of them and I've put my kit through some serious stuff.

I purchased my HID kit on ebay for a great price... Worth a search, see what prices you might see... Good Luck.

That is the official name for it.

I think $77.00 for the H4 kit is great price, I saw most for $100 or more... I paid $60 including shipping for mine. But I noticed that the guy I bought from no longer sells on ebay...

$77 isn't bad. Doesn't get too much lower than that.

Thing is, you pay $70-$100 once for light output that halogens can't even compare to, bulbs that last much longer than a halogen as well, and then when they do actually burn out you only pay $20-$30 for a new set.

I looked online and never saw any for $77. I have a friend who gets his entire kit directly from Japan. He says he can get me a kit for the low beams and fog lights for under $150.

Your friend needs to do a little more research and buy his kits elsewhere.

Where can I find the XYZ switch? I looked online and found it for $250 at Atlantic British. Can I find it for cheaper and can I install it myself?
