RE: Clock
Lamp is 1.2 watt, get from radio shack $1.50 I think I paid you just need to make sure the wires are facing the correct way and to get the old lamp out drill a small hole in the bottom of the holder and push out the old lamp, this saves a few stiches as the glass breaks, and pry the clock unit out from the under side where the two tabs are.
And remember bulbs grow and lamps glow Happy New Year |
RE: Clock
Do you have a part number on that light?

RE: Clock
I am telling you guys to call the dealer. It comes with the holder, and unless you make $5 and hour, get the right one. The assembly is a little tricky and you won't want to pull it again...

Sorry, I was asking about the part number on the light from the dealer. If it needs to be ordered, I want to make sure it's the right one.

RE: Clock
I don't know if it was the best way to do it, but I had the same problem and used two butter knives (hillbilly, i know) and removed the clock. I have yet to get the replacement bulb, but it was pretty simple to get it out.
There is a post on here somewhere that leads to a link on how to remove it. When I take it out again, I'll snap a few pictures and send them. |
