Clunk in the trunk

Clunk in the trunk
Just purchased a 99 LR Disco II with 126,000 mi. on ebay, it was delivered Thursday of last week. Typical of buying online it was a mess, dirty from one end to the other but that is the easy part. Once I started driving it around I have noticed a clunk in the transmission or rear diff. Doesn't appear to be driveshaft related ie: uv joints. What do you think?

Hey Mike,
After I have accelerated from a stop and I reach my desired speed the gears seem to catch up an clunk. also at slow speeds (25 mph) yuo will feel it more often. I have speed bumps on the road I live on and you will hear it as you let off the gas and approach the speed bump. As for the drive line I haven't pulled the drive shaft to inspect as well as the rear suspension.
