Default Code Scanner with ABS (Opinions on brand)

I have the 3 amigos and today I did the Option B shuttle valve mod. It did not resolve the 3 amigos issue so now I'm looking into a code scanner that can read and clear ABS codes. My little bluetooth adapter with TorquePro on the Samsung Galaxy will only clear engine DTC codes. After seaching this site it looks like the Autel AL619 and the iCarsoft i930 are popular options. Both are around $100 bucks and I can get either pretty quick from Amazon. Anyone use either of these and which one gives the best bang for the buck? Sorry for posting so many questions but I'm new and trying to get this Disco completely sorted before the end of summer. Thanks!

The 3 amigos will usually not resolve on their own.
I have the iCarsoft LRII which is a pretty decent unit for the money. It will do almost everything that a casual Rover owner needs except for resetting adaptive fuel settings and programming keys. Not sure about the i930 though.
