Default coil pack wires

Hello all,
First off thank you for the wealth of information and tips in all the posts, I am new to Rovers and seek answers here all the time. I bought my Rover in a non running condition with half the engine in the back of the truck. I'm in the process of putting her back together and have these 2 green wires that come out of the coil pack harness. Where do they go? are the Grounds, capacitors, noise filters, heck are they even OEM equipment? I posted this at the tail of another thread and someone said that they didn't think they were OEM equipment, and that Earth ground wires were black. Any help is awesome.
Thanks

Old thread...but these are the two wires I'm trying to find where they bolt onto.
So do the mount to the coil packs?

I just checked my '02 disco and do not have these. Is it a non-SAI thing maybe?

My '99 has these, one on each side. I believe they're ground wires, and bolt to the coil mounting bracket. If you watch the Atlantic British video on replacing the valve cover gaskets they refer to them specifically, and also note that some trucks only have one or some have none at all.
